2018年12月3日16:10左右，由于系统出现异常问题，导致系统对安卓QQ区部分玩家异常发放以“test”为标题的道具邮件；16:20，老亚瑟及项目组同事收到此异常问题反馈后，紧急进行相关处理，并于16:59修复了系统bug。

老亚瑟及项目组同事对给各位召唤师大大们造成的不良体验深表歉意，我们会认真反思深度总结，最大努力避免今后出现此类异常问题。

为了表达我们的歉意，我们将于今日对于全区全服所有玩家发放10个皮肤碎片+2000铭文碎片(补偿将通过全员邮件的形式进行发放，由于量级较大，可能出现延迟的情况，请各位召唤师注意查收）。此外，道具回收操作正在陆续进行，如果在相关道具回收操作中，给受bug影响的召唤师们带来其他的影响，我们也将根据影响程度进行额外的补偿。
