The app uses highly precise system data supplied directly by a separate control unit in the vehicle.With the Porsche Track Precision App, lap times can be measured automatically via GPS and precise vehicle data, including video, can be recorded, analysed and managed on your artphone. It is possible to share and compare the recorded data with other drivers. It can be positioned next to the start and finish line on the circuit. Then it automatically measures and tranits the lap times to the Porsche Track Precision App.Requirements:A Porsche 911 GT3 as well as the option "Sport Chrono package including Porsche Track Precision App and lap trigger preparation" (643) are required to use the Porsche Track Precision App. The control unit for the Porsche Track Precision app is available for retrofitting in the entire Porsche 911 GT3 (991) model range through Porsche Tequipment.The full range of app functions is only available when you drive your vehicle on tracks closed to the public that are supported by the Porsche Track Precision App.The map editor and analyses based on GPS data are not available in China and Turkey.
