This is a random item maker for d20 type role playing games, though it could give inspiration for any fantasy system. It works by taking Prefixes, Suffixes, and Items and randomly picking them. The descriptions of the abilities are meant as a guideline or can be used 'as is' but it should be adjusted for your campaign.
