Clocked

Clocked is a hangman style game. There's no man to hang but a clock to beat instead. Can you beat the clock and the 'Best Score'? There are 7000 randomly accessed clues to keep you entertained:UK Actors x 1000US Actors x 1000Film Titles x 1000Book Titles x 1000Authors x 1000Geography x 1000Sports People x 1000Settings can be accessed from the top-left circle allowing you to reset scores, turn the sound on and off and to alter the difficulty setting between 'Soft' and 'Hard'. The 'Hard' setting gives you half the time and half the lives to complete each puzzle.To play: Simply press 'New' to display the new puzzle and note the clue type. Press 'Start' to begin the game. The clock will count down and can only be stopped by pressing a letter on the 'Keyboard'. Failure to do so loses a life. Pressing a letter that does not occur in the clue will also lose a life. You complete the puzzle by correctly identifying all of the letters. The scores are percentages based on the number of lives remaining (if any). Ten games must be played in a row before your score is compared against the 'Best Score'.EnjoyImportant!Clocked was developed and optimised for tablets. The screenshots show 800x480, 1024x600 and 1280x800 screens. Clocked is centered on screens with resolutions higher than 1024x600. It may be that the keyboard operation is too all for phone screens but this has not been tested! All constructive suggestions are gratefully received.
