Nicola es un doctor recién graduado el cual es contratado por un grupo de médicos experimentales para emplear una nueva técnica de medicina que consiste en hacerse muy pequeño para poder entrar al cuerpo del paciente y luego curar sus enfermedades combatiendo todos esos cuerpos extraños que hacen que el paciente enferme.
