The game 4.Value, will teach you in a playful manner how the agile way of working within ABN AMRO should work by cooperating with your colleagues. You will play this game with your own team across 3 weeks, 5 days a week and a couple of minutes per day. You will be answering questions of ‘grid coaches’. The game contains general knowledge questions and ABN AMRO specific agile related questions. Gain "business value"-points by answering the questions correctly and fast. And if you don’t know the answer? Forward the question to one of your colleagues. Learn the agile way of working and your colleagues better in a fun way and become a 5-star agile team!
